In particular, virtual education is now more important than ever and that is why we invest in new possibilities and platforms. Therefore we're looking for a Software Developer who can help us build these platforms.


We have developed one of the fastest growing e-learning platforms in the Netherlands (Skillstown) and the smartest booking platform for education or training in the Netherlands (Opleiding.nl).


What will your role be:
The Salta Group has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, both organizational and technological. These developments offer cool opportunities and the necessary challenges. It is important that we remain agile and ensure that the applications are robust, stable, safe and above all user-friendly.


As a .NET software developer you participate in multiple projects. As a team we have set up a number of important initiatives, like:
 

• Training.nl for business; is the in-company booking platform for any course
• EduMS; which is the engine behind a big part of our websites
• License to operate; is one of the newest platforms we built
• Skillstown Online Academy; is an award-winning learning platform
• The Integration Team is responsible for setting up interfaces in the NCOI landscape
• Training.nl consumer; is a fast-growing scale-up within the NCOI organization
• Our team has an agile mindset and we are working hard to integrate the devops method into our working method as much as possible. The NCOI Group focuses on applying modern technology, where we are mostly Microsoft / Azure Cloud oriented.,

Who are we?
We are the largest training institute in the Netherlands! We are a modern, informal and fast-growing organization. Our IT team consists of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architects, Back- and Frontend developer, Testers etc. Our development team currently has 15 developers but looking for many more.


Who are we looking for?
We are always looking for candidates with different professional backgrounds and levels of experience. Every .NET software developer has the right technological knowledge and communication skills.


Our preference is for candidates with at least:

• Several years of experience as a .NET software developer
• Technology Stack: .NET core, Azure (Cloud, Functions, Logic Apps), (No)-SQL databases
• Experience with Microservices
• Experience with building / integrating APIs

Nice to have:
 

• Familiar with event-driven architecture
• Building pipelines: CI / CD

What do we offer?
